BNY Asset Solutions LLC, A Subsidiary of The Bank of New York now known as Bank of New York Mellon. The Bank of New York existed until its merger with the Mellon Financial Corporation on July 2, 2007. The company now continues under the new name of The Bank of New York Mellon or BNY Mellon. BNY Asset Solutions LLC provides administrative and operational support to the commercial mortgage and asset-backed lending markets from origination through securitization, and administrative agent services to the syndicated loan market. BNY Asset Solutions LLC provides master, primary, special and back up servicing for approximately $14 billion in assets.
