Ameren Retirement Plan

Ameren Retirement Plan is a single-employer, defined benefit corporate pension based in Saint Louis, Missouri. Established in 1941, the plan provides retirement, pension and death benefits to the eligible employees of Ameren, a holding company for several power companies and energy companies. The finance committee has the authority and responsibility for reviewing and approving the investment strategy and asset allocation guidelines of the plan assets. BNY Mellon serves as the trustee of the plan.
