The University of Chicago Pension Plan for Staff Employees (SEPP) is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension located in Chicago, Illinois. Established in 2009, the plan is mandatory for all non-highly compensated staff employees of the University of Chicago who have attained age 21 and have completed one year of service. Certain employees of the University of Chicago Medical Center also participate in the plan. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
