3-month entrepreneurship accelerator for Foreign Nationals to conduct permissible activities while in the USA on a WB/WT visa waiver. No business plan or concept is required. The Exempt Venture Capital Investment Fund Adviser collectively identifies and performs due diligence on start-up companies led by foreign nationals. Independent researchers are invited on a B-1 Business Visitor Visa for 6-months to a year. Nonimmigrants must be eligible for WB, B-1, F-1 OPT or J-1 (without 2-year restriction). The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) operated by the U.S. Department of State enables nationals of certain countries to travel to the United States of America for business (WB) for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. VWP eligible travelers may apply for a B-1 Business Visitor visa, if they want to participate in the incubator track (6 months to 1 year). Not all countries participate in the VWP, and not all travelers from VWP countries are eligible to use the program. F-1 OPT international students can maintain status in the USA with proper authorization as defined by Department of Homeland Security Policy Guidance 1004-03 — Update to Optional Practical Training, Paragraph 7.2 Employment allowed while on OPT. J-1 Exchange Visitors (without a 2-year restriction) and F-1 OPT candidates can participate to possibly qualify for H-1B status. A Self-Enrichment Educator assists foreign nationals to develop a "trade secret," any formula, pattern, device or compilation of information which is used in their business, and which gives them an opportunity to obtain an advantage over competitors who do not know or use it.
