ITW Savings and Investment Plan

ITW Savings and Investment Plan is a single-employer defined contribution corporate pension fund based in Glenview, Illinois. Established in 1967, the plan provides retirement benefits to the employees of Illinois Tool Works and its subsidiaries. The investment assets of the plan are held in the Illinois Tool Works Master Pension Trust at the Northern Trust Company, which is the Trustee of the plan. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the employee benefits steering committee.
