FSM Capital Management (FSM) is a multi-family office based in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2007, Terrence Fergus and David Lightner joined forces, along with an additional partner, Thomas Bertsch to form FSM Capital Management. It administers wealth and oversees growth stages with a focus on the estate, governance, compliance, and custody know-how for financially successful individuals and their families. FSM provides fund administration for private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds as well. The executive management team is responsible for the administration of the firm.
