Denver Employees' Retirement Plan (DERP) is a defined benefit public pension fund based in Denver, Colorado. Established in 1963, the mission of the plan is to provide promised retirement benefits and exceptional service to the members of the City and County of Denver and Denver Health and Hospital Authority. The plan is governed by a five-member board appointed for six-year terms by the Mayor of the City and County of Denver.
