Dallas Venture Partners' investment focus is on early-stage companies with strong management teams and technology that can transform markets. DVP will consider investing in companies with at least two full-time, experienced founders and a product in the Alpha or Beta stage minimum, with enough market validation to prove success if not revenue. The firm will invest in: Software (B2B & B2C), Capital Efficient Clean-Tech, Network Technology, Scalable Mobile Applications, Gaming Technology, and Web-enabled Services. The firm will not invest in: Biotech & Pharmaceuticals, Retail & Franchises, and Oil & Gas opportunities. Dallas Venture is geographically focused on Texas and the Midwest, but is open to exploring the right opportunities elsewhere. DVP considers very Early-Stage Investments of <$750k, as well as Series A >$1m.
