CentraCare Health System

CentraCare Health System (CentraCare Health) is an independent non-profit private foundation based in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Established in 1995, this is a health care system that provides care to people throughout Central Minnesota. Their collaborative network includes hospitals in Saint Cloud, Long Prairie, Melrose, Monticello, Paynesville and Sauk Centre, six nursing homes, senior housing in six communities, nineteen clinics, and four pharmacies. The foundation also operates numerous specialty services, including the CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center, Coborn Cancer Center and the CentraCare Kidney Program. The foundation is managed and administered by the board of trustees.CentraCare Health System's investment portfolio is valued at $2.29 billion, with investments in private equity.
