Building Trades Health and Welfare Fund

Building Trades Health and Welfare Fund is a multi-employer & employee welfare benefit union pension fund based in Lebanon. Pennsylvania. The plan was established in 1950 under a collective bargaining agreement between the contractors association and the various labor unions. The plan covers union employees of employers working within the jurisdiction of the Building Trades Health and Welfare Fund or non-association employers who have agreed with the fund to participate in the plan. The plan provides death, disability, hospital, medical, surgical, maternity, major medical, prescription, dental, and eye care benefits to the eligible members. The plan is administered by the executive management team.
