Audax Mezzanine

Audax Mezzanine invests in subordinated debt and junior securities of middle market companies and seeks transactions requiring $15 million to $100 million of mezzanine capital. Audax currently manages over $5.0 billion of capital through its private equity, mezzanine debt, and senior secured debt funds. Audax seeks to invest in a diverse portfolio of mezzanine securities to achieve attractive risk-adjusted rates of return. The firm aims to be the sole or lead investor, but will participate with other mezzanine debt investors in certain circumstances. Audax focuses on private and public middle market businesses with a history of cash flow stability, consistent revenue growth, and a controlling or influential shareholder who has meaningful capital at risk. The firm also considers investments in dynamic, fast-growing companies with experienced management and well-defined expansion strategies. The firm is currently seeking investments for their $1.0 billion Audax Mezzanine Fund III.
